2. Eligibility
To use Grow Vault:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Fees and Payments
Users must select their preferred bundle and make a one-time deposit to join the platform. Payments are refundable Only when they meet the Refund Policy. A management fee of 10% applies to both deposits and withdrawals.
4. Referral System
Users can refer 3 users. You earn rewards based on the activity of your referrals.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Grow Vault is not liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from user activities.
- Issues or disputes arising from third-party services.
- Incorrect payment details provided by the user.
- External systems that are not related to Grow Vault
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, even if Grow Vault has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Not a Pyramid Scheme
Grow Vault is a legitimate platform and not a pyramid scheme. Our model is based on structured group savings and participation.
7. Refund Policy
Accounts with no referrals within three months are eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit upon request.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Grow Vault against claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these T&Cs.
9. Third-Party Services
Grow Vault integrates third-party services. Users opting to use them do so at their own risk. We are not liable for disputes with these providers.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Fraud and Scam Protection
Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of transactions, referrals, and external parties with whom they interact through the platform. Grow Vault is not liable for any fraudulent activities, scams, or disputes that arise between users and third-party providers. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to Grow Vault promptly.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and services provided by Grow Vault, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Grow Vault and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of Grow Vault's intellectual property without prior written permission.
13. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their actions while using the platform, including the creation of referral links, payment transactions, and interactions with other users. Grow Vault does not monitor or control user activities and is not responsible for the actions or behavior of users on the platform.
14. Termination
Grow Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in activities that could harm the platform or other users. Users may request to close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support, subject to outstanding obligations or fees.
15. Disclaimer of Endorsements
Any mention of third-party products, services, or websites on Grow Vault does not constitute an endorsement or approval of such third parties. Grow Vault is not responsible for the actions, content, or products of third-party services and makes no representations about the quality or legitimacy of third-party offerings.
16. Data Privacy and Security
Grow Vault takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information and ensure the security of your data. However, Grow Vault is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data resulting from third-party actions or vulnerabilities beyond our control. Users are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect their accounts and data.
17. Force Majeure
Grow Vault shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, server failures, or technical difficulties.
18. How the App Works
Grow Vault operates on a structured referral-based model where users can join by selecting a bundle amount. Each user can refer others to join the platform. The amount a user selects determines their referral group, and only users from the same bundle group can refer each other.
For example, a user who registers with a **1000 ZAR** bundle can only refer others who have selected the **1000 ZAR** bundle. Similarly, a user who registers with the **5000 ZAR** bundle can only refer those who also selected the **5000 ZAR** bundle.
If a **5000 ZAR** user refers a **1000 ZAR** user, they will not be able to withdraw until they have referred at least **3 additional people** who have also selected the **5000 ZAR** bundle.
19. Referral System
Grow Vault has a strict referral policy. Users who select a higher bundle (e.g., **5000 ZAR**) can only refer other users with the same bundle. If a user refers someone with a different bundle, the referrer will not be eligible to withdraw their funds until they have referred at least 3 people with the same bundle amount. This is to ensure the system is fair and that the referral groups remain balanced.
For example:
- A **1000 ZAR** user can only refer other **1000 ZAR** users.
- A **5000 ZAR** user can only refer other **5000 ZAR** users.
- If a **5000 ZAR** user refers a **1000 ZAR** user, they will not be able to withdraw funds until they have referred **3 more people** who have selected **5000 ZAR**.
20. Management Fee
Grow Vault applies a management fee of 10% on both deposits and withdrawals. This fee is used to cover the operational costs of the platform, ensuring the service remains secure, reliable, and continuously updated. The fee helps maintain the platform’s infrastructure and support services.
Additionally, the management fee also helps in supporting users who are inactive and have zero referrals. If a user has no referrals within 3 months of inactivity, they are eligible to receive a full refund of their initial deposit, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy.
21. Account Deletion After Withdrawal
After a successful withdrawal, your account will be deleted, and you will need to re-register if you wish to continue using the platform. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to withdraw all available funds upon initiating the withdrawal request.
